Hi Petra...Well Done Post on your current market, looks like you have something for everybody's Budget. Home Buyers have some great choices and are now buying homes that fit their needs. For to long here and elsewhere Buyers just bought any home to have roof over their head during the Sellers market.

Wow a 17% increase in a week?!! Boy, that's a lot. What's unfortunate are those pre-foreclosures that are distressed and the fact that it's so many of them. I wish you well in selling them all!!!

Yvette - Having such a high inventory is ridiculous. When the marked boomed there were about 900 listings and now.... Those distressed property are creeping up too
