Are you on Twitter? - You're No One If You're Not On Twitter - JB Walker
Have you signed up on Twitter?
Do you have a Facebook account?
At first, I was very skeptical about Twitter and Facebook. I blogged about my Twitter skeptism until I've joined a webinar that is every Friday discussing Social Media, broadcasting yourself with Twitter. Twitter is like a "raucous coffee shop".
The Twitter group is a great valuable source of information if you are still skeptical. Kim Woods' recent post about of "Beware:Twitter Feeds" is an excellent source of information.
The top of my list is this very interesting song that I have included in my blog - "You're No One If You're Not On Twitter" by JB Walker

Very funny song, Petra. It's fun learning how to socialize medialy.
Peter - This song inspired me to actually blog about it. I came across this song on - you guessed it - Twitter
I haven't joined yet because there just isn't enough time to blog on AR, and socialize on all of these networks. How do you juggle this.
David - I know it is overwhelming at first. You can Twitter from anywhere and it really does not take a long time. Only a sentence or two for updates. Your AR blog can be syndicated in your AR settings. Just go to the Twitter Group and become familiar.
you are right it takes no time to Twitter Petra. It takes a long time to get used to though.
Hi Petra - Twitter is also a great way to get feedback on current issues. There was a lot of activity during tonight's Vice Presidential debate. And with it being limited to just 140 characters, you get a lot of opinions without anyone really dominating the discussion.
John - you are absolutely right, thanks for commenting.
Hi Petra, I joined Twitter a while back but just got around to Following some folks yesterday. Thanks for the post. God bless,
Cheryl - I'm really beginning to like Twitter because of the social media socializing. You can follow me @petranorris. Tried to find you with your name but no such luck.
Petra, I do have a twitter account but I am not on twitter. I guess I still just don't get it and I don't have the time to figure it out. I know a lot of AR members are over there and swear by it but unless I'm missing something I just can't see it putting checks into my bank account. Am I wrong?
I definitely am someone, even if I'm not on Twitter.
Only enough hours in the day to blog/catch up ... I thank goodness I am still too busy working.
Has it brought you new business?
Bryant - I really appreciate you're stopping by. No, it has not put checks in my bank account yet. When you first started blogging, did you received checks in you bank account right away? We all must plant our seeds first before we can carry the fruits of labor. With AR syndicating blogs to Twitter and if you find local Twitter such as the Chamber of Commerce or local blogging group to follow, things will fall into place.
Remember, don't put all your eggs in one nest.
Sylvie - I understand your comment because that is how I felt. However, after taking part in a webinar and reading blogs, it makes perfect sense to me. As I have expressed my opinion to Bryant, I hope you will take it from there.
What is your name on Twitter, follow me @missycaulk. Big surprise, huh?
I'm part of the seminar also, and like Broker Bryant I had my doubts about how this could work. After my first week of Twittering, while on my way home from work last night, I got a call from a local reporter who had found me on Twitter. This isn't money in my pocket yet, but it is exposure and proof that the concept works. As far as time invested, it isn't a big deal. Almost like having another email account.
Missy - I'm following you but here is me @petranorris
Peter - I appreciate your comment and your proof - it really works!
Well, I guess for right now, I am no one. I need to get out there and get on Twitter so I can be someone. I have much to do, as all this is new to me.
Troy - It's all about social networking. You can follow me @petranorris - thanks for stopping by to comment, I just thought this song is very funny, so I could not resist to use it in my blog.
Petra...I am on Twitter...but I am not sure of the relevance of being there. There is only so much time in a day (& I am a pretty good time manager)
Bobby - You are right about there is only so much time in a day. Being on Twitter is all about networking, news, current issues, etc. Did you know that your AR blogs can be submitted to Twitter instantly with no extra time?
Petra - Thanks for the reminder. This one's on my to do list, among other things. Wow, so much to get done, so little time to do it all!
Jessica - Anytime, it can be overwhelming sometimes, but as long as you take one step at a time, things will get done it a timely manner.
Petra...
Thank you so much for this reminder. I am on Twitter and really do need to sit down and figure out why I am not able to access my Twitter account. This has happened to me before. For the life of me I can't remember how I accessed the account. Hopefully I remembered to send myself an email telling myself how I did it :)
TLW...ROAR!
OH...
And you must know, knowing me, that our eggs are so not in one basket :)
I just have too many baskets for that to happen :)
TLW...ROAR!
TLW - This happens to the best of us not remembering or unable to access accounts. I did find you and BB on Twitter, you also can follow me @petranorris (pretty simple) when you are able. I'm really excited you're back here.
Oh yes, I do know that you guys have your eggs in more baskets :)
Happy Tweeting again :)
Love the song - What a Hoot! @pamdent
Pam - I could not agree with you more.
