Taking My Business Internationally
Most of my readers and subscribers know that I am German and my recent buyer representation from Germany inspired me and focus to take my business internationally. Last month I closed on a transaction with German buyers who found me through Active Rain. Soon I will have the opportunity to visit my family in Germany again. I have not seen my family in three years. I have new grand-nephews that I have not seen and my mother who is no longer able to visit me due to health reason. It is time for me and my husband to visit my hometown, Kemnath-Stadt.
Who says you can't mix business with pleasure? While visiting my family in Germany, I will meet with potential German buyers who made contact with my German partners and report about the tempting Central Florida real estate market. German buyers love Florida's white sandy beaches and the vast availability of various attractions, so Central Florida is an integral part for German investors who have the ability to buy vacation homes here. Since then I'm involved in working with another German investor who is currently buying condominium foreclosure and short sale in Central Florida.
Being bilingual will make it easier for German buyers seeking a Immobilienmakler in Zentral Florida (real estate agent in Central Florida) who can explain the home buying process in their native language.
