Can I assume that the $9500 home listed that is sceduled for demolition is the price of the vacant lot? That's quite a price range between high and low.
Your market report indicates rising prices and sounds like things are improving?
Judi - you assume correctly :) as far as pricing is concerned homes that are being newly listed fluctuate from week to week. The prices are being dictated by distressed homes and the prices are still declining from prior year.
