Hi folks! A quick update for the Lakeland Real Estate market that were newly listed from May 1st through May 15th, 2010. A total of 148 Lakeland FL homes for sale were recently listed with area Realtors® with an average listing price of $151,001, a decrease of about 10% in list price from my previous report.The types of homes and average prices for sale in Lakeland, Florida according to the Multiple Listing Services (MLS) are as follows:
- 5 condos listed with an average sales price of $126,920
- 9 mobile homes listed with an average sales price of $66,728
- 11 townhomes/villas listed with an average sales price of $102,991
- 123 single family homes with an average sales price of $162,473
Lakeland's newest homes listed! The priciest home listed for this time period is a 2002 custom built 4 bedroom 5 1/2 baths home with over 4,000 square feet of living space. The home is situated in the WF Hallam neighborhood and is offered at $829,000. On the contrary, the cheapest Lakeland home listed for this time period is a 3 bedroom 2 baths mobile home - HUD property - in the Pioneer Trails neighborhood. It is offered at $24,000, just over $20.00 per square foot.
