Testimonials are always a great resource for future clients who are looking to sell or buyer homes in Lakeland and the surrounding cities. The latest one is no different. I was found through my blogging about Sandpiper Golf & Country Club community, specifically my monthly market reports. The sellers had a total of two properties which they inherited to sell and all of them lived in different states - I do love electronic signatures :). Both properties were on the market for almost two years until I was contacted, in fact it was the talk of the community for being so long on the market. From the time I listed the homes until they were sold, both on the same day, took only 60 days.

We just wanted to send you a letter thanking you for your help in selling our home. Our experience was wonderful and we will never forget your understanding and compassion in our situation. It was a very difficult decision for us to sell our home after 21 years.
We could not believe we had showings within days of you posting our home. Each and every time we had a showing you gave us plenty of time to prepare and if we could not, you were again always understanding and able to reschedule.
We cannot think of a time that you were never available to take our phone calls, emails or even our texts. You answered all of questions and explained things to us in detail and if we didn’t understand, you were patient to explain again. And trust us we had lots of questions/concerns!!!
We also liked the fact that you handled EVERYTHING for us. We could not believe it. Once we started the original paperwork, you took it from there.

Petra Norris helped me when I needed help selling my house. After much searching in the Lakeland, FL area for short sale real estate agents, Petra's name kept coming up. I contacted her and we set up an appointment for 2 days later. She was on time and very friendly. I figured the sale was going to be a year long thing but she had a buyer for my property in 3 months time. She stayed with me and answered all of my questions no matter how trivial they were. Thank you so much for all the help you gave me on the sale of my house and the purchase of my new home. Your suggestions on what to do to make the house more attractive to buyers obviously worked. I was really shocked when we got so many offers in the first few days. All of the offers came with different terms and down payments. It was great to have someone who help sort through all the jargon to pick the offer that was not only generous, but the safest option.
As I had heard that it could takes weeks for a house to sell, I was not mentally or otherwise prepared to move out as quickly as I ended up having to do.
