One of my favorite features is the family room which is appointed with a wood burning fireplace (yes, it does get chilly in Florida).  In addition, the family room has the view of the kitchen.  The kitchen in nicely equipped with stainless steel dishwasher and refrigerator, it has ample of counter space made of corian that was recently replaced and tile back splash.
