Lakeland Florida average overall home sales improved without the government’s incentive of the first-time home buyer tax credit, to $114,573 for the month of March when compared to the prior month and March of the previous year of $113,417. Home sales continued to increase since hitting a low in November 2010 - a total of 227 existing homes sold in Lakeland FL
